I’ve been using ReadyPlayerMe for years and now can’t access my avatars. The “studio” link doesn’t recognize my credentials and there appears to be no email support any more. I’m really confused. An announcement from a few months ago had a link to sign up for studio but it returns a 404 now. Are my avatars gone? How do I create new characters now? I’ve been digging through announcements and couldn’t find anything relevant.
The avatar creator still seems to be available. I’m a little sketched about trying it out again due to me not being able to see my current avatars.

And yeah, no emails or anything about this pivot to being user focused with some dev support to ALL dev and no end-user facing.
I’ve sent an email out to one of the co-founders to get some idea of what’s going on. Being that they’re not a public company they don’t “need” to disclose any changes, but it sure looks bad that they don’t inform their existing userbase. It shows a lack of communication and leadership organization.
Core team: please read up on “enshitification”, and don’t do that.
Hi @vandorb12 you should still be able to access your Ready Player Me Studio account and if you are looking to log in to your Player account then this can be done through one of our partners.
