Can you share what errors do you get? And can you share a video recording to see when the crash exactly happens
What do you mean by crash? I think Unity WebGL doesn’t support mobile devices.
By crash, I was referring to what you mentioned in your initial message above:

Yes, Unity WebGL doesn’t support mobile devices. It might work on some high-end devices, as mentioned in Unity documentation, but if it’s not working on your device, it may not have enough memory to support Unity WebGL content.
