HandTracking with OpenXR

Does HandTracking works with Unity and OpenXR? The hierarchy of the hand bones seems not to match the required bones for XR Hands. I saw this guide:

But the current RPM avatar hierarchy for example does not have RightHandIndex0 for IndexMetacarpal.

If I only map the available bones, the avatar’s hands are completely broken and deformed
