Cannot get UE 5.4 Motion Matching working with imported Ready Player Me model

I tried importing a Ready Player Me avatar for my character that is animated using UE 5.4’s motion matching Motion Matching In Unreal Engine | Unreal Engine 5.4 Documentation | Epic Developer Community and I can’t get the character to animate. They are just stuck in T pose.

Does anyone know if this type of animation is supported or have links to docs / videos or how it’s done?

At this time, we have not yet had the opportunity to look into this specific workflow involving Ready Player Me avatars.

We are looking into it and hope to have comprehensive documentation and guides for it in the future. However, we are unable to provide a specific timeline for when it would be available.
