I was trying to create laceless shoes so that I could create a prisoner avatar, but even when I provide a completely flat template file with no lighting I still get the shadows of the laces, likely because of a normal map I cannot control. I would like the option of creating laceless shoes.
Hello @gregory_rpf , as you suspect it is the normal map causing the shadow and this is not something that can be changed for the templates.
You can only upload fully custom footwear as part of a Full Body Outfit → Fullbody Outfits | Ready Player Me
