I’m writing to you about an issue that unfortunately has not been resolved through your support system since I’ve reported it, on the 8th of January this year.
We’ve created an application in studio and for a while it was all fine but at some point the application disappeared and can not be accessed (we can log into studio and can see a “Test” application, but the second one is not visible). This is completely blocking us from accessing our already uploaded customized content in studio, so we can’t maintain it or add anything new. The content itself is still accessible from our viewer software, but it can’t be modified or added to in studio, because it’s not accessible.
This issue persist across systems and browsers (chrome, edge, etc) and geographical locations that are far apart (I’ve recently replaced my PC and this issue is still present on a completely fresh installation of windows 11).
I’m not sure what else to do, hoping that some sort of solution can be found as this is a major problem for our project, please contact me as soon as possible, thank you.
I do not wish to publicly post any information on our account (it’s company policy), that’ll have to happen through a private channel (I’m assuming there is something like that here?).
