Hi. I’m new to ready player me. I uploaded the default sample female hero character back and wanted to test different outfits/eyewears and it isnt working. i am unable to upload any other model as well. Need help regarding this. What do i need to do to make it work.

A Hero Character is a complete avatar by any means. It includes all elements of a Ready Player Me avatar, including accessories, hair and body, for example. It is a unique and not modifiable avatar that your users will get “as is”, as you have uploaded.
If you want your users to be able to modify their avatars, they have to do so using the starter avatar, the one they can create by taking a selfie. They will then be able to modify it using the assets/wearables created and made available by Ready Player Me. Additionally, users can make use of the custom assets you can create and upload following the guidelines here.
