New User Signup Failure on Subdomains

We want to send a huge shout-out and express our sincere appreciation for the amazing work you are doing in building the cross-game metaverse identity! The ability to create one, high-quality, seamless avatar is truly a game-changer.

We are encountering a critical, widespread issue regarding user signup authentication for new users across our platform and others.

The Problem (New User Signup Failure): New users who do not already have a Ready Player Me account are unable to complete the signup process (via email/social login) using the custom subdomain URL. We are getting message “Something went wrong”.

Initially we thought the issue with our application configuration. But we tried the singup in vrchat.readyplayer.me and face same issue.

I have signed up on https://vrchat.readyplayer.me/ and it worked fine for me.

Which browser are you using? Which country are these sign-ups mostly coming from? Anything that can help me identify what the issue could be
