Assets are not loading for our subdomain

When a user tries to create a new avatar for our app “timebox” using its subdomain “timebox.readyplayer.me”, the Avatar Editor does not show any outfits, tops, bottoms, glasses, etc. Instead it just shows a series of animated wavering gray/black “loading” images. This is preventing our users from creating and customizing their own avatars. It’s easy to demonstrate by just opening timebox.readyplayer.me in a browser (e.g., Chrome or Safari) and then tapping/clicking one of the templates. The next page will show no clothes, etc. See the attached screenshot.

Please let us know when this will be fixed so we can notify our users who are reporting this problem.

Thanks.

I am having the same issue. I have tried all the suggested fixes, different browsers, laptop, cleared cache, etc… This seems to be similar to an issue reported back in September 2024.

The URL is : https://animaze.readyplayer.me/

Tom at Ready Player Me resolved this problem for our subdomain yesterday (thanks, Tom!). You may want to contact him directly to ask him to fix your subdomain too.

Thank you Len. @Tom_RPM Would it be possible to take a look at https://animaze.readyplayer.me/ as well please. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Should be fixed now @GoodGrace

Thank you so much Tom! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

@Tom_RPM What’s the root cause of this issue, and how can I fix it?
I’ve seen this happen a few times, but I haven’t found a way to replicate it intentionally. Just occasional 403 errors. Some users in my app have reported issues saving changes or loading assets, but I haven’t been able to reproduce the problem.
