How to make accessories mesh(like glasswear) skinned to armature

I wants to know how can I apply the glasses on the face. Do I need to map the bones to it or just attach the glass on head bone. Maybe I am in wrong direction. Can anyone help me in this case?

Can I attach a mesh to model and make it skinned through code( for ex- glasswear on model). If yes, then how can i do that on the go.
