Photo-based Avatar Creation
Is it possible for users to upload an existing photo from their devices and have an avatar rendered from that?

I want to create my own internal UI, and embed the ready player me options which include:

  1. allow users to take a selfie and generate an avatar based on that image - I’ve already saw this in the sample scene.
  2. users to upload an existing photo from their devices and have an avatar rendered from that - trying to figure this out.
  3. users skip the process of taking/uploading a photo and proceed directly to creating an avatar - saw this is part of the sample project

  1. Yes this is possible
  2. Make sure you have the photo option enabled in your subdomain via Studio, go to your subdomain, and test if the camera/upload option is available there, if not, toggle the Studio camera option off and then back on and save.
  3. The user can skip this part, it is not mandatory to take a picture.
