unable to load and test AvatarCreator project

hi, i’m in trouble with my project about a try to develop a showroom App with ReadyPlayer SDK .

When I start unity in game play mode the creator’s menu are empty and the avatar canvas stay in Loading state.

Hey @andrea_professionale could you just confirm you have correctly set up your app ID and subdomain inside the settings window?
