Downloading an avatar GLB with ARkit and Oculus

hi, I been trying to download the avatar glb with ARkit and Oculus Visemes included. A few months back, the download went through with no problem. However, when i tried to download it now, the downloaded glb would not consist of any blendshape if i try to download both. Additionally, downloading either works.
