Unable to download both ARKit and Oculus viseme morphTarget in new avatar

I can use the url below, to download a glb which contains arkit and oculus viseme blend shapes. However if I try the same url, but with my own avatar id, it returns no morph targets. If I update to only specify a single morph target (either “ARKit” or “Oculus viseme”), it works. We are trying to get lip sync to work with stt, and this seems to work better when we have both.

Why does this work on the “demo” avatar, but not on mine? I’ve tried altering the app from web to unity, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have tested on my side with https://models.readyplayer.me/66473ec24c3b647e2d45ab9b.glb?morphTargets=ARKit,Oculus Visemes (an avatar from a test subdomain) and it downloaded the relevant morph targets.

What is the specific avatarID that you are trying to use?

Sorry but I don’t have the avatar ids available anymore. However I saw that this other person reported a vary similar issue
