How to update existing avatars on web?

hello, in my application I am letting the users create avatars and later update avatars. For the update I am using the token method explained in the docs, https://.readyplayer.me/avatar?frameApi&clearCache&token= but it is still opening the iframe with a random avatar. may I know what I am doing wrong?

same problem with me but my assets are always loading … loading …

For me it is not loading… it is just showing a new random avatar instead of the one saved
