What API calls need to be made to change an avatar’s gender?

Changing an avatar’s gender via the API isn’t possible. The gender of an avatar is determined during the avatar creation process and is embedded in the avatar’s model data. Once an avatar is created, you can’t change its gender through the API.
If you need to change an avatar’s gender, the recommended approach is to create a new avatar using the Ready Player Me avatar creation process, selecting the desired gender during that process.
